Nena Brown

Coach Brown is in her first year as Coach with Elite Performance Academy. Coach Brown lettered Varsity four years at Everman High School as setter and 2 year captain.
She played for North Texas Region Club Volleyball during high school and was named Most Valuable Athlete her Senior year. After high school, she went on to play collegiately at Richland College as setter and defensive specialist. Coach Brown continues to play volleyball recreational and competitively on various teams in the DFW area.
Coach Brown has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of her role as Compliance Manager in the Financial Services industry, Coach Brown is excited to join the EPA team to help the girls achieve their goals this year and build up successful volleyball tradition in the DFW community. Volleyball has been a very important part of her entire life. Through many years of playing, she has learned the essential skills of leadership, character, sportsmanship, determination, and drive. All of which has created a deep passion and love for the game. It is her goal to help each player develop all of those skills so they are well-rounded players on the court as well as young ladies in their communities.
